General Return Rules:
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Clearance items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return:
Email us at support@airdollar.ca with your Order Number and the reason for return.
Wait for your Return Authorization (RA) number. Do not ship any items back without approval.
Once approved, pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
