Refund policy

Most items sold on AirDollar.ca are final sale, including balloons and other products that cannot be resold once purchased.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for final sale items unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue. 

Approved refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
